INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY & EMDR THERAPY
As a Mental Health Clinician, I primarily work with Trauma, PTSD and other trauma related issues or concerns.
I also work with substance addictions, and my experience has been extensive. I am proficient in 12-step recovery as well as other approaches.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant, and a previous Trainer of EMDR Therapy for clinicians.
EMDR Therapy is my main therapeutic intervention as I believe it is the most effective trauma therapy. It can also successfully be used for a variety of other issues as well.
I am licensed in Indiana and Kentucky and provide in-person as well as Telehealth options for clients. EMDR can absolutely be done utilizing Telehealth.

EMDR INTENSIVE RETREATS
EMDR Intensive Retreats are designed for the working person who may not have time for continuous therapy, who may be at a stuck point in their current therapy, may need an intensive intervention for a current event, or may want a more robust and in-depth intensive experience. There are several options for Intensive Retreats. An Intensive can be scheduled for 1-4 days consecutively.
